Objective: Allow the increased knowledge of the Nature and Character of God to build in us Faith which leads to unwavering obedience and unshakeable dependance on God in all areas of our lives.

NOTE: Here, in week 5, we want to continue making the shift from a more instructional pattern into one of discovery and discussion.

As we learned in the last two sections, the more we know the nature and character of God the more we find ourselves  loving and serving others. If the ability and desire to love God and sacrificially serve others is the rail on which we travel along The Way, then Faith, Obedience, and Dependence on God are the train cars in which we travel it. 

In a culture built on self-reliance, independence, and skepticism, the life of a Jesus follower follows a very different fork in the road. In this section we will focus on three very important aspects to growing in the “knowledge of God’s Son, growing into maturity with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness.” (Ephesians 4:13): Faith, Obedience, and Dependence on God
